Biographical
Leonard Weakley is an active arbitrator and mediator. Len's arbitration and mediation services have been through the American Arbitration Association, bar associations and private agreements for over 20 years. His areas of service are primarily in construction and architect/engineer disputes in both Ohio and Kentucky.
Len’s law practice focuses on construction litigation, with an emphasis on architect and engineer liability and construction project disputes. He has extensive trial experience in the representation of architects and engineers, owners, and contractors in construction disputes, defect claims, delay claims, drafting and negotiating construction contracts, contractual disputes, and insurance coverage.
